In the summer of 2017 two Category 5 hurricanes, Irma and Maria, slammed the US Virgin Islands less than two weeks apart, leaving the islands without electricity, clean water, phone lines, or access to medical facilities. This is the story of three at-risk youth rebuilding their community, and how the experience changes their lives.
